Step 1 | Complete the Priority Reservation Agreement provided by your broker or contact us and we will provide it to you. Return the signed Agreement along with your $25,000 refundable deposit.

Step 2 | Once your Initial Deposit and the Priority Reservation Agreement have been received, you will be assigned a number indicating your position on the Priority Waiting List which determines the order of selection.

Step 3 | An Ocean Club representative will contact you to help you with the process of selecting your residence. This would be a good time for you to visit the property or meet or speak with the Developers.

Step 4 | Once your selection is made, a Purchase and Sale Agreement will be delivered to you for your review. You will then have ten (10) days from receipt to complete the Agreement and return it to us with an additional refundable payment of 10% of the price of your selected residence, less the $25,000 Initial Deposit.

Step 5 | Shortly after we receive your executed Purchase and Sale Agreement and additional payment, the Due Diligence Documents as referenced in the Purchase and Sale Agreement will be delivered to you at which time your 10-day Due Diligence and attorney review period begins. At any time during your Due Diligence Period you
may request a full refund simply by delivering notice to the Seller cancelling your Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Step 6 | At the end of your Due Diligence Period, an additional 10% deposit is due. Upon receipt, you will be notified that you are now officially under contract for a residence at Ocean Club. A payment schedule and a schedule of construction of your residence will be delivered to you shortly thereafter.

You will begin receiving timely updates and a login number for our web site which will provide up-to-date information on the Ocean Club’s construction as well as all that is being planned for the most exclusive residential development in Costa Rica.

Step 7 | During the period of construction you will be asked to make your personal selections and determine decorating packages that will make yours the perfect residence for you, your family and friends.
